DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! Customer service is disgusting. Ordered a cooker in November 2023 and still in February 2024 no cooker. They will happily take your money and tell you 4+ weeks for delivery. When I called the manufacturer I was told it would be 5 working days, which the staff didn't even know until I told them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. No photo as they didn't deliver a cooker. Would be no star but not an option.

Excellent Service totally outstanding in an emergency. On Wednesday 20th December i as mortified whilst staying at a friends house whilst getting a plate out of cupboard a mug fell onto the floor a piece of the shattered mug hit the oven glass and totally shattered, days before Christmas…. Didn’t hardly sleep that night… panic stricken a you imagine breaking a friends cooker so close to Christmas. Went to there new showroom in Hengrove and Adrian was exceptional, he understood the urgency within 30 minutes he had double checked the amps and size of the cooker booked installation for yesterday 22nd December, the fitters arrived fitted and paid for them to take old cooker. I am please to say my best friend is still my best friend and she couldn’t believe she had a cooker for Christmas and is so happy with it. Thank you Nailsea Electrical your first class and when I bought a new house a couple of years ago and bought 4 appliances you were fab especially as I bought a 7 bottle wine cooler unit and you couldn’t fit a bottle of prosecco in it as it would fit.. that was no problem for yourselves you exchanged for the next size up. The big sheds wouldn’t have done this plus you are a lot cheaper Thank you for saving Christmas

I generally try not to moan but this has been a shambles from start to finish. 2/11- found a fridge we liked on the website and saw it said delivery from tomorrow. We wanted to view it in the show room before buying. It was a 40min drive so rang up first to check it was actually available to see. After a phone call the lady kindly went to check and confirmed yes it’s here. Brill! Get to the shop and it’s not there. Obviously a bit disappointing but things happen, clearly been a mix up. Adrian helped us view similar fridges and other fridges by the brand we were interested in. He then suggested we buy the fridge now to get the delivery clock ticking. We asked when it would be available and he said 5-7 days. We confirmed that we’d seen from tomorrow on the website so he rang another department and he confirmed they had it in stock and so should be with us shortly. Sorted. Paid up. My partner rang in Tuesday and asked if there was any update on the delivery day and they person on the end of the phone was very rude and said it says 5-7 days so not before then and that was it. By the following Thursday (a week after buying the fridge) we hadn’t heard anything from them at all. We had also noticed in this time they had removed the “from tomorrow” delivery message on their website. When I rang that afternoon I was greeted with a number of explanations as to why we don’t have our fridge yet, one being a cyber attack. I said I appreciate that it sounds like an unfortunate situation has occurred however they could’ve still rung us to let us know and the response was we were just about to ring you. I then asked when can we expect our fridge and she said if we can come and pick it up we could get it by Monday (I have a small car so no) but maybe Tuesday. She said she’d put a note on my account and they’ll keep us updated. My partner received a call from them at 4.30pm on Monday evening to say it probably won’t be Tuesday for delivery but maybe Wednesday and they’ll let us know. Heard nothing on Tuesday and then on Wednesday morning at about 8am I get a text message from a random number to say they are delivering our fridge between 12-2. Thankfully I work at home and was able to move meetings around to make it work but a few hours notice is really not good enough. Finally the delivery people arrive and try and walk off after carrying the box in and not unpack it (it’s not loads but we’d paid extra for them to take away the packaging). They’ve left a bit of the packaging but at this point just glad the fridge is in our house! The whole experience has been infuriating and very disappointing to say the least. We have a whole kitchen to kit out but we won’t be going back there any time soon. Hopefully the fridge works better than their company!

Completed a very dodgy repair to our oven, leaving a connector arcing which eventually tripped the fuse box when it eventually failed. They refused to attend to rectify the issue, which we were very lucky didn't cause a fire! Would avoid at all costs. Pictures included to show the heat damaged to wiring and insulation, exposed wires, and damaged spade terminal. Update following their reply: It's worth noting a month prior to posting this review, I'd been in touch with them, and they were "looking into it", I followed up after a month, got no reply at all. So posted my review. I'm not chasing them again, they have my details. They simply aren't interested in following up.

We love our fisher & paykel all in one - new fridge freezer, ice maker & filtered water appliance & our Two storage dishwasher - so handy!!!. We got great advise from Giles on the products that would suit our lifestyle & needs. We received a fantastic service, we got a temporary fridge freezer when we moved into our new home, whilst we waited a couple of weeks for the delivery. We were well informed about the delivery and the delivery guys were polite & friendly. All in all a great experience 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Waited in last Tuesday for a washing machine bought on Sat 2nd Sept. Waited in all day nothing came. Phoned on the day and told they left a message on answerphone (we don't have answerphone), will be in Monday 11th and then delivered Wednesday. Phone today and told should not have been told that and MAY be in on Thursday 14th to be delivered Monday 18th next week... Over 2 weeks for delivery and still no guarantee of delivery, wish I had never used this company and will never use it in the future.

A better service than any of the other bigger competitors could match less £10 in fact, and when you consider the delivery is free with NE (Nailsea Electrical) and of course supporting local buisness made this purchase an easy decision to make. After purchase, using Paypal pay in 3 no interest, I received a 3 day delivery slot from my purchase date which was surprising as its black friday time and Christmas fast approaching, I expected a few weeks ahead for delivery minimum. I received the Indesit dryer by 9.15am from two great guys from NE thet turned up in a shiney new van with their company logo very professional, they couldn't be more helpful and offered to bring the machine in to the kitchen, it was going in the garage so said it would be fine but they offered to help get it there as well brilliant customer service and extremely polite. I would highly recommend this company the dryer is perfect and I'm very pleased with it it's to replace a 20 year old machine and this replacement Indesit machine has the latest heat pump technology a super modern machine with up to 60% better efficiency so hopefully reduce energy consumption. 🎉 A HUGE THANK YOU to all the staff at NE wishing you every success! 🎉
